Yay! I just came back from yesterday from the FLY Convention in Estes Park, Colorado! It was so much fun. ("FLY" stands for "Free Lutheran Youth," for those who don't know). The FLY Convention is held every two years in the YMCA of the Rockies. This was my third year going. Every year we would always climb Eagle Cliff Mountain, but this year they told us we couldn't because of "erosion," So we climbed Emerald Mountain instead. Estes Park is at 7,522 ft, and since I usually live in a valley I was always running out of breath! Friday night there was a concert with the band 33 Miles, which was really fun ^^ We left Saturday morning, which was my birthday (Eighteen years old, woot!), so I got to spend my birthday on a bus driving home...not woot. There was also another girl with the same birthday as me and we're the same age, so we had a duo birthday party on the bus
Anyway, I was bored enough to write this journal, but now I've run out of stuff to write about, so...yeah.
